1st day

This is the first day in the life of this blog.  It was born on a sunny cold day in April after a long walk in the countryside with my old friend: the dog.

It has become important to record the extraordinary life we are able to enjoy in this marvelously unassuming village in the middle of the french countryside.

Through this spot I will attempt to impart the generosity, the oddity/absurdity, the tragedy in short the human essence of the inhabitants through our everyday actions herewith recorded.
